Local Artists Concert

November 4, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

IMS is proud to present season finale of Local Artists Series which will be a FREE Concert in two consecutive days. All the presenters are Paid Members of IMS and  all of them are Classically Trained. There is so much talent among our members that we could have week long concerts by our members. Due to time limitation, IMS Board has chosen 6 members to include senior and junior artists to present 45 minutes to 1 hour long solo that MUST include a bandish in Vilambit taal.

That’s when the parents decided to put her under the guidance of Vidhushi Meenal Datar (who is a disciple of Vidhushi Veenatai Sahasrabudhe). Surabhi has won many awards and honors at this young age to include first place (twice) at the Seattle Ragamala competition for her age group.
